PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS

PPRI conditions for the descendants of Adults:
   - Birth certificate
   - Certificate of WNI (if any)
   - Letter of Rename (if any)
   - Family Card
   - KTP
   - Letter of Marriage (if any)
   - Sponsor Letters (if employees)

PPRI conditions for indigenous Adult:
   - Birth Certificate
   - Family Card
   - ID Card (KTP)
   - Letters of Marriage (if any)
   - Sponsor Letters (if employees)

Conditions PPRI for Children under 17 years:
   - Birth Certificate
   - Family Card
   - Parents Letter of Marriage
   - ID card of Mr. and Mrs.
   - photocopy Mr. or Mrs. PP (if any)

Note:
   - All documents are only copies, but please bring the original when the fingerprint being taken
   - Special North Jakarta, a new passport application for children under 17 years old, must be attached to PPRI adult.
